The exteriors preserve the details of the medieval period, which harmoniously dialogue with the modern layout of the interiors. The property is accessible through two entrances: the first it's characterised by a few steps leading to an arch with a wooden door while, the other one, leads to an historic dairy, renewed in the current disposition. Entering from the external stairs, an arch leads to the ground floor, embellished with original marble floors. The outdoor courtyard is a true corner of peace surrounded by greenery, where the presence of wisteria, ornamental plants and marvellous decorative elements recall the unique magic of the quaint streets of Rome. In the inner courtyard we also find an independent dépendance. The living area is completed by two dining rooms, one characterised by an antique marble counter of the historic business activity, and the other used as a kitchen, modern and functional, with an adjacent bathroom. A solid wood staircase on the ground floor leads to the first floor, a large area with rooms, which can be adapted to your own needs. The floor, embellished with parquet flooring running through all the rooms, opens onto a very large elegant living room with access to a wonderful terrace. This loggia, covered by a blooming vault of climbing bougainvillea, is a charming place to relax, read a book or dine al fresco. Continuing along the floor we find a study corner that can be customised according to one's needs, two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom. A lovely garret with exposed beams and an elegant laundry room complete the mezzanine floor, reached by a staircase in the living room on the first floor.
